How we detect a House of The Locust update
We read the public Roblox games API for Universe 10530261598 and compare its updated field against the timestamp recorded on this page. That field moves when the place is republished, which makes it the only update signal the listing exposes: the description, badge set and game-pass list can all stay identical across a build push.
That is enough to date a build, not to describe it. Without a changelog, a moved timestamp tells you that a build shipped and nothing about whether item spawns, puzzle steps, monster behavior or room layout changed. This page therefore dates builds and points to the owners that re-measure those specifics, instead of claiming changes we cannot verify.
Boundary: a timestamp change is never evidence of a gameplay change, and a missing timestamp change is never evidence that no change shipped.
What a build push can quietly change
Pre-alpha horror builds churn the things players re-learn every session: monster movement, stamina pacing, lighting, and where loot spawns. None of that is announced, and none of it is visible in the listing metadata. The pages most sensitive to a rebuild are therefore the ones a player acts on mid-run, not the ones that describe the game in general.
Boundary: this is the general pre-alpha pattern across public community reports, not a verified statement about what NULLWORKS STUDIOS shipped on 2026-10-09.
Roadmap: what is announced, and what is not
One thing is on the record: The Boiled One is the announced next antagonist, and the official listing title has carried '[BOILED ONE]' since late August 2026. Beyond that — alternate escape endings, extra puzzle variations, expanded hazards — is player speculation rather than an announced roadmap, and we do not present it as scheduled content.
For the two questions players actually ask about that entity — whether it is in the game right now and how it compares to The Locust — read the Locust vs The Boiled One comparison and the Boiled One build-status dossier.
